PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Maison Louis Jadot is a famous wine producer in Burgundy who has been around since 1859. Jadot controls 270 hectares of Vineyards and also buys grapes from other growers. They only produce AOC wine, highest classification in France.
 
Pommard is located between Beaune to the north and Volnay to the South. Pommard produces only red wines and does not have any grands crus. This premium cru can be aged 10 years or up to 20 years. (Drinking window 2016 - 2030)
 
Grape: Pinot Noir
 
Sensory Notes: Nose - red fruit, black fruit, earthy. Palate - smooth tannin, medium body, medium acidity on the finish. Best served between 16°C to 17°C.
 
Food Pairing: Grilled red tuna, beef, veal, game, poultry (duck breast salad).
