WINEMAKING DETAILS
Refined in oak vats following the Solera method with 40% reserve wine. Typicity (80% pinot noir, 20% chardonnay) this champagne allies strength with elegance.
"Solera" is a system of perpetual blending that is sometimes used in non-vintage bottlings of bubbly and fortified wine (as well as vinegar, whiskey and rum) as a way of keeping a consistent style.
